Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes and bookings with Oro Clean and form part of the agreement between Oro Clean (“we,” “us”) and the client (“you”) upon acceptance of a quote.

1. Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is required to confirm and schedule your booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the cleaning service, before our team leaves the property (or via automatic invoice payment through Jobber, if applicable).
Accepted payment methods: [e.g., credit card, e-transfer — insert your accepted methods].
All prices are quoted exclusive of HST, which will be added to your final invoice.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued, after which pricing may be subject to change.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: your 50% deposit will be fully refunded, provided a replacement cleaning is not booked within the same visit window.
If you choose to reschedule rather than cancel, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date at no additional charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the 50% deposit, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot typically be filled on short notice.
No-shows or denied access on the day of service (e.g., no one available to provide entry) will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
Oro Clean reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to severe weather, illness of staff, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case your deposit will be fully protected and transferred or refunded.

3. Access to the Property

You agree to provide our cleaning team with access to the property at the scheduled time (e.g., key, lockbox code, garage code, or someone present to let us in).
If our team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and we're unable to reach you, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation under Section 2.

4. Scope of Service

Services performed will match those outlined in your quote (e.g., standard clean, deep clean, move-in/move-out clean).
Any additional services requested on-site that fall outside the original quote (e.g., inside oven, inside fridge, extra rooms) may incur additional charges, which will be confirmed with you before work begins.
We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, clean exterior windows above ground level, or handle biohazard materials, mold remediation, or pest infestations.

5. Client Responsibilities

Please secure or advise us of any fragile, sentimental, high-value, or irreplaceable items prior to service. While our team takes great care, Oro Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.
Pets should be secured or kept in a safe area during the cleaning for their safety and the safety of our staff.
Please advise us in advance of any specific cleaning product sensitivities, allergies, or preferences (e.g., eco-friendly or fragrance-free products).

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully satisfied with any area cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction; our priority is to make it right through a re-clean.

7. Insurance & Liability

Oro Clean carries liability insurance for accidental damage caused directly by our staff during service.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service to be eligible for claim consideration.
Oro Clean is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile/high-value in advance.

8. Health & Safety

For the safety of our cleaning staff, we ask that any known biohazards (bodily fluids, mold, pest infestations, etc.) be disclosed prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to decline service on-site if unsafe conditions are discovered.

9. Recurring Service Agreements

For recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), the 24-hour cancellation policy applies to each individual visit. Cancelling or skipping 3 or more consecutive visits may result in your recurring rate being requalified at time of next service.

10. Agreement

By accepting this quote and confirming your booking (verbally, in writing, or by paying your deposit), you agree to the terms outlined above.
